We offer night and weekend appointments. We do not overlap photo sessions, so your experience is not rushed or hurried. Our studio has a full mirrored prep room and bathroom facilities to change and get ready. We will discuss clothing options prior to your session, based on the type of portraits you desire. The fine-art black background shots require black or dark clothing. Plan on coordinating your dress with same color shirts / tops along with the same type pants. For example, all wearing jeans or same color slacks is best. Special props for children / infant shots can be discussed prior to your appointment. We also offer newborn baby sessions on site in the comfort of your home.

70.00 - Studio session fee for up to four people, which covers our professional services and photo editing.

25.00 - Additional per person over four people.

50.00 - Additional for off site shoot - within twenty-five miles.

No Charge - Newborn Session in our studio - includes free 8X10 portrait of your
choice. Special value 4X6 announcements with envelopes - 1.89 each -
minimum quantity order of 20.   50.00 travel charge applies for a photo
session in your home.

50.00 - Child sitting fee - up to 2 siblings.  Special rate does not
include parent / parents.

30.00 - Home-Schooler’s portrait session - covers your annual “head and
shoulders” photo. Fee covers all siblings within one family at one appointment.

Payment for professional services required at time of your appointment.

We accept Visa and Master Card payments as well as check or cash.

Photos can be previewed and purchased at our studio, or through our internet lab. Our internet lab service allows you and your family to view and order our portraits in the comfort of your own home.

New Kodak photo papers, finishes and mountings can also be viewed in our studio. I offer many photo products, and will show you examples and options at the time of your session.

The prices below allow flexibility in choosing the level of services desired for your special day, instead of being boxed into package pricing.

Our typical coverage includes

•  2-3 consults to discuss wedding plans / expectations.

•  Engagement photo shoot in our studio - allows us to work together prior to your wedding.  The photos can be used for invitations, save the date announcements, etc. (Engagement shoot included with a minimum 8 hour wedding booking). Engagement shoot can be offered at the normal Studio Session prices if your wedding coverage is less than 8 hours.

•  Photographic services to include 2 person team. We will attend your wedding rehearsal at your church or chosen location. It allows me to meet the family and attendants and discuss options that we may have missed in our consults. Preparation photo shoots - your option to cover hairdresser / make-up / dress of the bride and groom at your home and at the wedding site.

Photograph Ceremony (the most important part)

Rachel and I cover different angles of the ceremony to capture the traditional shots - as well as the candid reactions of the family and groom. During the consult meetings, we will discuss and plan all of your group and family shots to ensure we don’t miss Grandpa or Aunt Edna.

Includes entrance of wedding party and announcement of the bride and groom, food line and head table shots, traditional toast, dancing, garter / bouquet throw, and group shots of every table.

Photo Booth set up in the reception room or hallway

At no charge to you or your guests. Your guests are allowed to have their photograph taken and order prints through our internet lab.  An event number is supplied after their portraits are taken - allowing them to order prints up to 2 months after the wedding.

Photo preparation

All photos are edited / cropped for best viewing and printing.  Don’t worry about a bad complexion day -  all photos will be corrected so you look your very best.

Investment for Wedding Coverage

Non refundable 300.00 deposit required to secure date, which is applied to total bill. 200.00 per hour (4 hour minimum), maximum 2,200.00 for full day coverage.

Full Payment due at conclusion of services at reception

Send us a scanned picture to my email address and I will quote the restoration based on the type of repairs required.  The examples shown under “Restoration” range from 65.00 - 125.00 based on a fee of 70.00 per hour.  Photos must be scanned at a minimum of 300 dpi. Print and shipping charges extra. I have transformed hundred of damaged / faded or too small to display pictures into family treasures.
